The 3W Clinic Intensive Sunblock Cream SPF 50PA+++ contains benzophenones, parabens, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, and cinnamates. These are considered harmful ingredients.
I have been using this sunblock screen religiously for over a year now but recently started to notice redness on my face immediately after applying that increased throughout the day. I think I may have started to develop a sensitivity to cinnamates this summer, boooo. I feel foolish for not looking up the ingredients on CosDNA when I first started to use it, seeing all the harmful chemical ingredients and irritants made me cringe.
I’m not an expert but many of the most common chemical UV filters have anti-androgenic effects, transfers to mother’s milk, are common skin allergens, and effects on sea life. Always look for mineral sunscreens!
